WE RECOMMEND CALLING TO ENSURE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER if you are unsure about the quantities available on the site or want to place a large order.

In some occasions, the product you order will not be in stock, and we will have to refund your purchase which could result in service providers charging fees back to both parties.

PLEASE BE ADVISED that all products may not be in stock and we recommend calling us at 1-613-518-3240 to verify the product is in stock before completing your purchase.

Shipping

Due to changes in shipping policy we can longer ship to PO Boxes, we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. Additional charges may apply depending on location and certain products. Wholesale orders will be shipped as per agreement. 

Returns and Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged goods in your order, please contact us within 48 hours, so we can arrange a return and claim. Because of the personal nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns on items unless they are damaged in shipping. However, if you are unsatisfied with any product purchased from us, we encourage you to contact our customer service department.
